Refund policy

At Dolphin Stationery, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns:

  1. We accept returns for most products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  3. Some products may be exempt from returns for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., pens, personal stationery items).

Refunds:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  3. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
